Add another action select for logging a Postcard/Thank You Card mailed. Although the general task is available, it doesn't allow you to actually monitor the long term returns on touchpoints that aren't specifically an ask for money. Having a specific action type dedicated to Postcard/Thank You Card allows for sorting all activity over the year to track contacts and returns.
