It would be really helpful to have details about the donation/donor included in the body of the email notifying us about a new donation, rather than requiring staff to click into Donor Dock to review the info.

I think DonorDock needs the ability to customize email notifications beyond responding to price. This issue came up for me in that I've received a large amount of email that I cannot filter. I think DonorDock should have more options for choices in this to reduce inbox clutter and increase ease of use and accessibility.

More specific "new gift notification" Criteria

In looking through suggestions, this may help address a variety of requests. Currently, new gift notifications only have the criteria to "Notify for gifts larger than ___".
Consider personalizing the sorting criteria by allowing badges, account owner, lifetime giving, etc. While someone whose entire role is donor engagement may want to be notified of all gifts over $25, an executive director may want notifications only if someone on their care load makes a donation, or if someone donated over $1000.
Additionally, it would be nice to choose whether new gift notifications are delivered immediately or every day at a certain time, or once a week, or once there are 5 or more gift notifications to deliver.

I agree in the desire to have a more comprehensive email about the donation received. If more information can be populated about the received donation such as: Something of this nature: You have just received a recurring monthly donation from John Doe for $XX.XX. (For first time donors include the text - This is their first donation). The whole idea of this system is to save time and make it easy for our admin group - and having to log into the system doesn't make it simple and at a glance. What I need besides the current fields (date, amount and donor) is campaign, appeal and fund to the notice. Also, I would like to be able (from the system) be able to send this email to multiple email addresses who may or may not be users within the system - instead of the clunky bandaid that i now have which is a rule that forwards from my email account- because now these notices come from me and not donordock which is not great.

I agree with this--knowing what the donation was for would be helpful instead of having to log into DD to see the details--having the donation designation and any notes associated with the gift would be beneficial.
