It would be great to automate the tribute note process so that the contact person automatically receives an email notice when the giver enters the tribute and their email address. We'd been using Givebutter and they have this set up, which saves so much time and energy. Here's a sample template - see, you don't even have to create that!

Dear (NAME),

This email is to notify you that (the donor) recently made a donation in honor of you. The donation was made to CwD (City with Dwellings) on Date to the following fund: (FUND).

If you’d like to send (donor) a message, you can simply reply to this email or click here.

Sincerely,

Your friends at CwD (City with Dwellings)
