Allow user to delete or hide standard templates created by Donor Dock

The list of available templates is very large. As a company that creates a lot of their own templates it would be nice to get rid of some of the standard ones provided by Donor Dock that we don't use.

The option to Delete system standard templates has been added this evening. When on a standard template in the template editor, you may now have the same delete options as a regular custom templates.
