Allow us to opt-out of Otto's Field Update Suggestions

Please let us turn off Otto's "Should I update related fields?" I have yet to encounter a single useful instance of this function. It asks to update fields no matter what I've actually changed, and the suggestions are never helpful anyhow.

This pop-up has only ever suggested things that are either already there so it's suggesting me to change to what my file already says, or it suggests putting back what I just changed. If I'm working on a LOT of records, it's a HUGE time waster to have to click it off every single time. It doesn't suggest anything useful. At the very LEAST make it so that the default answer is "No Thanks" so that I can just hit the enter key to continue. But better yet, make it go away!

I see that there is an opt-out for all AI features. We would prefer to still use the AI features, but just have this particular feature improved or available as a separate opt-out, since it seems not to work as intended.

I opted out of AI features, logged out, cleared cookies, and this is STILL popping up. Frustrating.
