Additional Merging Capabilities

Ability to do a merge of contacts at the field level rather than just from a source to a target so that some data doesn't get lost. For example, if there is a phone number that is filled in, in the contact you wish to move to a target, that phone number will be lost if the target already has a phone number in the field that is different. It is desired to track both numbers in this case.
