Include the Soft Credit Total in the Revenue and Notable Gifts Summary Box

Including a separate total for a donor's soft credits (or a combined lifetime gifts + soft credits) would allow organizations to gain a better picture of a donor's total giving. Soft credit donations can be seen in the list of "gifts", but the total giving is not reflected properly if a donor gives through a third party at times.
