Spouse DOB nudges on the Action Board (not just donor)

I have donors where the spouse doesn't warrant a record to themselves, but I want to wish them a happy birthday to continue engaging both parties. I would love for this to be automated in DonorDock!

This might be a slightly different topic. But regarding birthdays as well- it would be nice to not have to enter the year. Right now, you have to enter it MM/DD/YYYY. Other than volunteers and board members, I don't think we would know 99% of donor's year of birth.
