Add Update Email Preferences next to Unsubscribe

Similar to Mailchimp, it would be great if people could update their email preferences and opt out of a specific marketing list instead of just unsubscribing all together. Some folks don't want to receive certain emails (like solicitations) but still want to get our newsletter.
