Create Refreshable Marketing Lists based on certain criteria

For example, one could create a marketing list based on the criteria that a badge exists "Donor" or badge exists "Volunteer" ; call that list "Donors and Volunteers" and simply click refresh -- or better yet, have it auto-refresh every night -- to bring that marketing list up to date with all contacts who match those criteria

We would love to implement this in the future to make sending to dynamic groups easier!

You may have discovered that the goal of what you're trying to accomplish is kind of currently possible in DonorDock using reports, it just takes an extra step.

If you want lists of contacts that update automatically based on criteria, you can create reports that accomplish that goal.

1. create a report that matches the criteria that you want.
2. whenever you want to send emails to that list of contacts, simply open the report, and click the "send email" button.
3. All contacts in that report will receive that email.
