Contribution Statement Message Customization

Customizable message on contribution statement. Teh more customization the better but I would settle for a single message option.

Ability for customized message specifically for PDF contribution statements, without the need to edit the PDF directly.

When generating a contribution statement in DonorDock, the option to type and send a message is now available directly on generation page so that a message may be inserted above the table, whether printing in PDF or emailing.
