Track how many people Unsubscribed from an email

Along with how many people opened and clicked on an email campaign, it can be helpful to see how many people unsubscribed.

It would also be helpful to run an unsubscribe report to be able to track those for set time frame.

I love both Jenny and John's suggestions here. I think it would be super helpful to have a second step in the unsubscribe field on an email. A "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe". We have gotten many donors or prospects who didn't even realize they had unsubscribed from receiving our emails.

It would also be helpful to be able to add an optional survey after the unsubscribe!

We get contacts who unsubscribe and I like to go into their record and make notes. Currently I have to sort through at least 90 names to find the most current one. There needs to be a featured added that can be sorted by most recent unsubscribers or a date column. Please consider adding all of the recommendations that have been suggested. It would make use of our time more efficient.
