Linking accounts through soft credit

Add the ability to link accounts through soft credits. When inputing a gift allow it to be soft credited to a specific account so as not to have to go the other account and enter it there as well. It would streamline gift input and create the link between relationships and accounts.

This would be helpful. We don't even use the soft credit feature right now because we can't link the two contacts together.

This is essential. We have lots of soft credit donors and do not want double entry.
