Pledge Information on Campaign Pages

1) Get the gifts with the status "Pledged" to show in the "Pledged" column

OR

2) (my preferred idea) Remove the "Pledged" column entirely (the status is already shown so it's kind of redundant), and change the "Received" column header to just read "Amount" or "Gift Amount".
