Add the ability to choose the Order that fund designations appear on a giving page dropdown

It would be helpful if organizations could pick the order of the fund designations on the giving pages.

This idea was incorporated into the release 8/8/2022. While you may not choose the exact order funds will appear in the giving page, you may now add only the funds you want to appear to the giving page. The default fund will be listed first (if any) and then any other funds you add will be listed in alphabetical order.
