Add Grant as a gift type

For our organization, grants don't fit into any of the current gift types (donation or membership). Having their own gift type would make it much easier to filter them out during reporting. It would be especially useful to be able to easily exclude them when bulk emailing receipts, as grantors do not receive a tax receipt.

Instead of just Donation or Membership, it would be great to have Grant as a gift type, so that for grant tracking I could easily pull a report of just the "Grant" gift types to see our grant data as separate from individual donations

We absolutely need grants as a "type" so appreciate that this is planned. And a huge thank you to Matt for tagging our grant gifts when importing data so that we can later change those "donations" to "grants" when such functionality is implemented!!!!
