The ability to select what information is merged in with duplicates.

It would be helpful to be able to check boxes and select what data to keep when merging duplicate contacts.

This would be great! I know that we lost some phone numbers while merging after Giving Hearts Day - before we got the hang of it - as we would keep one w/o the phone number and then the old phone number didn't seem to follow along.
